Our Family's Pride

Our family groves bring three wonderful expressions of olive oil, each with it's own character. From the Aegean

We’ve always believed that good food starts with honest ingredients. Our new collection continues to bring that belief to life — combining quality ingredients, a rich sense of history, and a harvest gathered with care.

For generations, the Bairaktaris family has tended their land in Ermionida, Greece. No shortcuts. No chemicals. Just sun, soil, and patience. Their herbs are dried naturally and packed by hand, preserving the essential oils that give each leaf its vibrant aroma. Now, you can bring that tradition to your table.

The Family Behind the Grove

Our story

  • Petros Papaspyrou

    Oversees everything at the source in Greece - from caring for the family olive groves in the Peloponnese to production, quality control and bottling. Deeply connected to the land and the family's four-generation tradition, he ensures that every bottle reflects the purity and character of their groves.

  • Andreas Papaspyrou

    Has been in Asia for almost 20 years now, based in Singapore. His banking experience comes in handy in getting those spreadsheets under control and (hopefully) ensuring cash-flow remains well oiled!
    HIs constant intake of Papa's Grove keeps him looking young(er) and deceivingly fit!

  • Spyros Papaspyrou

    Does most of the time… well, nothing.
    He played his quick but no less significant part in fathering the Papa brothers! He held on tightly to the family lands over the decades, especially during the downfall of the Greek economy that allowed the brothers to give birth to "Papa’s Grove". 
    He actively contributes to the project through preaching. Nobody asked.

  • June Tan- Papaspyrou

    Leads the marketing and sales for Papa's Grove, managing communications, social media and brand presence. Often described as the quiet force behind the project, she helps share the story and products of the Papaspyrou family with customers across Singapore and beyond.
