Harvested from the wild landscapes in the Peloponnese, our raw Greek honeys reflect the rich biodiversity of the region. Bees forage freely among aromatic herbs, blossoms and native trees, creating honeys that are pure, unprocessed and full of natural character. Each variety captures the flavour of the land and the season in which it was gathered. 

Herb & Flower Honey - A fragrant spring honey gathered from the wild herbs and blossoms. Light amber and delicately floral, it has a smooth sweetness with gentle herbaceous notes - perfect drizzled over yoghurt, toast or stirred into tea. 

Thyme Honey - One of Greece's most treasured summer honeys. Golden and intensely aromatic, it offers rich herbal flavours and a distinctive Mediterranean character. 

Heather Honey - A bold autumn honey with a deep ember colour and naturally thick texture. Complex and earth with subtle caramel notes, it is rich in flavour and wonderfully distinctive. 

Carob Honey - A rare Mediterranean winter honey with a deep amber hue. Warm and aromatic, it carries unique notes reminiscent of cocoa and roasted carob, giving it a rich, comforting character.
