Our family’s love for Greece has always extended beyond the olive groves of the Peloponnese. Today, we are proud to introduce a new chapter in the Papa’s Grove story — one that brings the flavours of the Aegean Sea to your table.

We discovered Ermionis through the very same region where our Honeys are foraged: the sun-scorched hillsides of Ermionida. Like us, Ermionis is a family endeavour rooted in tradition, purity, and an unwavering respect for the land. Their Fleur de Sel is hand-harvested from the pristine salt marshes of Kithira, while their herb salts marry this exquisite sea salt with organically grown Greek herbs — thyme, oregano, and rosemary.

These are not ordinary salts. They are the "flowers of the sea" — delicate, mineral-rich crystals that carry the essence of the Aegean. Use them as a finishing touch, sprinkled over grilled meats, fresh seafood, or even dark chocolate, to elevate every dish with a taste of Greece.
